Legendary Attack 40–43 4× bonus, each a different one of: Attack +1–2, Critical +4–8, Skill bonus +15 power–39 power

Every stat rolls inside its range. A higher rarity always rolls above the one below. A masterwork (crafted) has one more bonus.
