Legendary All three, at the top of their ranges: Material yield +21–23%, Profession XP +19–20%, Gathering speed +16–17%Clean Cut: 5% chance a felling costs the tree nothing.

Every stat rolls inside its range. A higher rarity always rolls above the one below. A crafted tool's bonuses work from the tool slot, for its own profession only. Bought and quest tools have none.
