Epic Attack 17–18 3× bonus, each a different one of: Attack +1–2, Critical +1–3, Skill bonus +11 power–22 power

Legendary Attack 18–19 4× bonus, each a different one of: Attack +1–2, Critical +2–4, Skill bonus +11 power–28 power

Every stat rolls inside its range. A higher rarity always rolls above the one below. A masterwork (crafted) has one more bonus.
