Epic Attack 88–94 3× bonus, each a different one of: Attack +3–4, Critical +8–15, Skill bonus +15 power–30 power

Legendary Attack 94–100 4× bonus, each a different one of: Attack +3–6, Critical +10–20, Skill bonus +15 power–39 power

Every stat rolls inside its range. A higher rarity always rolls above the one below. A masterwork (crafted) has one more bonus.
